Do you think they ever split or it was a ploy to just give them so quiet time?
Haven't seen anything about Kate in the press for quite some time now, surely she is still doing what she did beforeonly the press haven't been hounding her.
Strange, Diana was so much younger than Kate when she married but when I see Kate I still hope she does not enter into a royal marriage for another few years. She and William still seem too young for all that stress.
William and Harry seem to be doing well, when you look at other Princes' they have a list of ex's, so far they seem to be in long term relationships.

It's nice to see photographic evidence that Prince William and Catherine Middleton are actually together. The photos certainly help to validate the many articles that have been published saying that they have been back together for a while.
I just recently read an article that said they went to a quiet, out of the way italian restaurant in Kensington earlier this week; when combined with the articles about their visit to the Seyechelle Islands, or the articles that said they were at Balmoral together at the end of August, it compiles a lot of evidence that there is indeed a relationship between them.
Will there be a new thread for Kate Middleton now?

William and Kate, in car, getting photographed. BORING. Can't they fill the headlines with REAL news anymore? I don't give a flying Floella Benjamin about the paps, what I'm more concerned about is William falling out of yet another nightclub. And people really think the monarchy can survive in this country? NEXT.

Were they coming out one of their favorite nightclubs or coming out an Italian resturant?

William wasn't posing for the camera.
Why shouldn't they be able to go dinner or to a nightclub?

I'm glad that we finally have some pictures to prove that they're back, because we've been hearing reports of a reconcilliation since practically from the time that they reportedly broke up! I still am sticking with my original idea, that they never "ended" the relationship, but continued in secret or took a short break so that Kate could be a little bit more "free" without the paparazzi (horrid people!) capturing her every move.

You'd think with all the different choices these days for balding that he would have tried something by now. It's too late I feel to do anything about the baldness because everyone would know. If he had started treatments a couple of years ago he probably would have gotten away with it without much media fuss.
I think he looks like he will be bald like his Uncle edward.

A few questions
I am wondering about a few things concerning this young couple. I obviously don't know either one, but the impressions that I have gathered from watching the news about them for a while are not necessarily favorable. First of all, Kate is twenty-five and has never really worked. I know plenty of young women from wealthy families who are far more useful and independent than she is. They work, they have careers, they are not constantly in night clubs until the early morning. As far as her worries about press intrusion, why is it that when she and William broke up she was constantly hanging out in various places that were guaranteed to bring her press attention? I am not saying that she should have gone underground, but she really seemed intent on getting her face (along with her skin tight short skirts) in the papers. Further, the pictures I saw of her with the charity rowers were a joke. Every other girl had their hair pulled back -- there is Kate with her hair down and makeup. I find it hard to believe that she just wanted to "blend in" with the girls. Then, when she is "back" with William, she drops out of the race so as not to distract anyone, and then the powers that be complain about her being bothered by the press. As far as William is concerend, I don't understand all of the free time and vacation time he has. I know several young men who are serving in the armed forces in this country, and I can assure you, they are not in night clubs and jetting off to various locations for fancy vacations. (I also found it strange that Harry's commanding office told him that he could have two weeks off to get over his disappointment about not going to Iraq.??!!) Is it just me, or are William and Kate coming across as incredibly entitled, rather lazy individuals? One thing about Diana -- whether you liked her or not -- I think that she always demonstrated a very strong work ethic. Is this something that perhaps did not get passed down to her eldest son? Diana also disliked the big drinking, nightclub scene. Would she have been happy about her sons' behavior in this regard? Kate and William may be very well-suited to one another; but whether there is any sense of duty there is another story. I am not British, but I have a feeling that a lot of Republicans in that country are having a good laugh. The Queen's sense of duty is incredible -- as any of this been passed down to her grandchildren? As far as the interviews I saw of William and Harry around the time of the Concert for Diana, I could not believe how poorly spoken and awkward William was. Harry came across far better. William may be shy and dislike the press, but a young man of his age and good education should have been much better spoken than he was. Any thoughts on any of this?

I think extensive clubbing is a popular trend with twentysomethings today in a lot of countries.
I live in a (newly) trendy neighborhood in New York with lots of nightclubs for young people and the places are packed with young people every night until 4 in the morning. My friends in Munich tell me the Oktoberfest has been totally overrun by young drinkers partying all day and night and the families with young children are getting annoyed that they are being crowded out of their hometown festival in the afternoons. I think more young people today party extensively than when I was their age.
In Britain people do have more vacation than in the US. When I lived in Europe, the British got a standard five weeks vacation each year. That contrasted sharply with the 2 week average vacation in the US.

I don't think anybody would deny them the right to have fun, more importantly though going out to clubs/bars is the only way most twentysomethings in the UK socialise. However sometimes it seems as though neither does little else.
I have to say I'm disappointed that they are back together. She seems to be in the relationship solely for the perks and title.

Well we'll just have to wait and see if the recent pictures means they're back together for good. Both are young and anything can happen.

I wondered about this subject too. I saw the speech they made at the concert and both of them only said a few lines. And they had to read those lines from a paper. You should think that in their position they can memorize a few Thank you sentences. I`m sure they both were very nervous because of the thousands of people. But it was not a good idea to stare at the notes the whole time.

The thing is, their situation is unlike any other 25 year olds (with the exception of A-list Hollywood actors, who are not exptected to go back and forth from a 9-5 job every day because of the nature of their business). As evident from all of the video footage, Kate & William are hounded mercilessly. How about those same paparrazzi hoards camped outside of your place of business every morning and every night if Kate works alongside of you. How about constant phone calls to your offices seeking information about Kate Middleton, your employee. These practical considerations are overlooked by those who condemn her for not working, which is her right, and does not necessarily speak to her character. And all the answers are so crystal clear for those who sit way up high on horses and by those who don't walk in their shoes. **All rhetorical questions not addressed to the posters above nor anyone else in this thread.**
They're young. They're out for a good time. Because Lord knows their lives will not be their own once the time comes for William to be Prince of Wales and later King, with Kate as his consort, which I believe most definitely is in the works.
Nevertheless, when the time comes, they'll be older, will have the partying out of their systems, and will both represent Great Britain very well. I'm very pleased with William and his apparent choice of life partner.

Good point Royal Fan. But then there would be so many demands on them. They're in a tough spot.

It's silly to cave in under pressure and get engaged without really, really wanting to! If things go wrong, there will be a big mess and the pressure from the press won't really go away, anyway - regardless what they do!
I wish them enough self-confidence to get engaged or married exactly when they want to - not when somebody else wants them to.
