Princess Anne presents the 1st Battalion the Irish Guards with
Shamrock to Mark St Patricks Day, Mons Barracks, Aldershot,
Hants, Britain - 17 Mar 2008

Her hair may look grey on these pics, but her smile and
laughter are the ones of a young lady ;):)

That's exactly what I was going to say! She looks like a young girl having a mischievous time! :D

Ha ha, I love these pictures! They seem to capture the festive mood of St. Patrick's Day very well! She looks like she's having a great old time. :D

I'm not sure whether this should be posted here or not but here goes. Just found this clip on youtube, it is about the Queen (and is very intresting) but if you skip ahead to the end you can see Princess Anne dancing with Prince Andrew (i think). It shows just how relaxed and fun the family, and Ann can be.

Yeah, I really like this video---it's quite unique! And I like how Princess Anne and Prince Andrew have to brace themselves against the wall at the end because they're dizzy. Looks like fun!

Great video! It's a side of the royal family that is seldom seen. Princess Anne looked very dizzy at the end and it's nice to see her let her hair down. Thanks for sharing such an unique video.

I would wager that you are quite right! She is an immensly capable woman--the female version of her father.

She looks a great deal like her Aunt Margaret

She looks great in these photos. I agree that she looks like her aunt Margaret.

WONDERFUL video. I really enjoyed it! Thank you, Tommy, for posting it.

Gloucestershire, Britain - 17 Apr 2008: Princess Anne, Patron of
the Injured Jockeys Fund was there to present the prize to the
winner of the first race.
What kind of prize should she get for that outfit?! ;)

Give it to me!! I'm a winner! I'm a winner! I'll surely take that bottle off her hands!! Me! Me! :D

Ugh! I really don't like that outfit. The hat is very ugly!

It's just another example of Princess Anne's preference of purpose over fashion. ;)
But, I have to say--I'd do without the hat. It just doesn't match well.

I have tried really hard to think of something, anything positive to say about this outfit and .........
:whistling:

Like mom always says, if you can't say something nice.....
I think I better keep my mouth shut!:ermm:
