The Spanish royal family call the Queen ‘cousin Lilibet’. That was seen at the time of the last Jubliee and then the State Visit by King Felipe and Queen Letizia. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Norwegian King and Queen, who are more closely related and often used to come to Sandringham to stay, do the same.

He wasn't very bright was he? His "wife" (the marriage was illegal) had quite a colored past.

Prince George of Cambridge was born at Cambridge House in Hanover, Germany. He stayed there most of his childhood as his father was governor general.

I'm guessing one didn't have to spend much time with him to decide he wasn't marriage material.

No, he wasn't very bright but it seem as if he was badgered into marriage by his mistress, who had had several children by him. he had other relationships but she had been trhough a ceremony with him.
I dont think he was interested in Victoria, even if she was queen and given her very prudish upbringing and the need to make the monarchy more respectable, I dont think he would have been at all suitable as a husband for her.
