Your right, from the information i've found Fabiola and Paolo don't have the Golden Rose. And yes wikipedia is not the bible, but most of the time it is accurate and researched articles match what wikipedia says. The Golden Rose has rarely been given out in the 20th Century to people. Pope Benedict has given it out a few times during his "reign" for want of a better word?
And your right the wikipedia article doesn't say anything about Grand Duchess Charlotte recieving the Golden Rose, which is what I meant by it doesn't say anything on wikipedia. This is probably because the recipients on wikipedia after the 19th Century focus on buildings not people.
I researched another article
http://www.time.com/time/magazine/article/0,9171,938528,00.html
which does state that Charlotte receieved the Golden Rose form Pope Pius.
