For Simeon I have two addresses (I think the Vrana Palace was only his address while he was Prime Minister but I'm not sure):
HM The King of the Bulgarians
Vrana Palace
Sofia
Bulgaria
or
HM The King of the Bulgarians
Avenida del Valle 3

Thanks BeatrixFan!BeatrixFan said:Traditionally, you never write to a member of the Royal Family directly, so if you do send a letter, you should send two - one for the actual Royal and then another to the Private Sec asking them to put it to the Royal when they have a moment. That shows that you're not an autograph hunter or just a fan but that you'd like them to read your letter themselves. People have recieved replies by just writing to the Royal in person but thats the tradition. It still remains a huge no-no to address an envelope to the Queen and in most etiquette guides, they'll advise you to address the envelope to a Private Secretary. Nice stationery is advisable, a first class stamp and nothing too large.
