Felipe does make me a little bit weak at the knees... Those images are lovely, Felipe is such a gentleman. It's nice that the European royals have such good friendships.

Crown Prince Felipe surely looks like a gentleman in these pictures. But what else to do if you are faced with the lovely Crown Princess Mary :blush:

Yes, they look close, more than I would have imagine they were...but then I reminded Felipe is a godfather of one of the twins (Vincent?), so they may be close although we haven´t seen them together in many royal gatherings ;)

So many laughs...really would like to hear what was so funny. And Mary was so lovely yesterday, which is admirable since it was such a rough time for Denmark.

Christy, our little doll was trying to say "adios" (good bye!), but at her 1 year and a half old she only was able to say "ayo". It´s funny.

Almost everything she said were "baby sounds", trying to say something else.
When she´s trying to pick the microphones, she says a lot "Oto, papa, oto, papa" meaning "Otro, papá!" ("Other one, dad!"). The rest I only understand because Letizia is very kind of "translate" it for us :lol:
She says "todo, todo, todo" playing with the micros, wich means "everything"
Then she says "aqui" and "mas" ("here", "more") when she´s returning the micros to their place. And then she waves and says "ayo!".

Letizia talked about little Sofia, she says she´s ok and she´s nursing the baby. Then she explains that they picked the name because they wanted her to be named after the Queen, and that it´s a beautiful name. Then they´re asked if they´re going to have more children, they both laugh and Letizia says "Let´s see". They talk a little about the Christening, and then Leo herself finish the interview with her good-bye.

They do seem to be having a little trouble with the binoculars, in other photos we do see that they did manage to get them operational.:lol:
It is nice to see Mary and Marie out and about together, they seem to have a warm friendship.

I'm usually just a daily lurker on here, but I just have to thank you for these wonderful pictures! I haven't seen a lot of them before, especially the older ones, and it just melts my heart looking at them. Beatrix and Claus are my favorite royal couple. You can always feel the love between the two of them :wub: Thanks again for sharing these with us :flowers:
 
Those photo's of Queen Beatrix and Prince Claus are wonderful,I have a lovely photo of them myself which I bought in Amsterdam in 2008.

I remember that incident. It was from the Faroe Islands, where a schoolboy asked Frederik whether he had ever had gay dreams. Mary cracked up completely. :lol:

The boy? Don't know what happened to him, perhaps his teacher drowned him...
