I think he's telling her that her coat will stay on much better if she puts her arms into the sleeves. Or maybe i am just projecting; I hate the coat-as-cape trend ?

For the longest time I was afraid little Estelle would never grow any hair...I had no idea how she was even able to wear bows as her hair was so fine and sparse when she was a baby.

Now she has the most beautiful flowing locks. Oscar is almost a baby clone of his father.
