Frederik and Mary are one of my favourite royal couples. They're so sweet together, and those photos aren't an exception.

:previous:The 4 of them, Victoria, Daniel, Madeline and Chris seem like such good friends, they are really enjoying themselves and being great sports to sit there in the rain for her birthday. They will always remember this day and all that rain and the fun they had.
Good to see that everyone else was on their best behavior, even KCG had a small smile in one picture....amazing for he seems like such a grump old man.
 
Yes, I believe that Victoria,Daniel, Madeleine and chris are very close... The four of them;)

The photos of Nikolai and Athena melt my heart. You can clearly see that she gets a lot of love from everyone in the family as well. I found some more warm moments between Joachim, Marie and their children during their little photoshoot:

I can't help but notice in this photo that Albert doesn't look like he's having the time of his life. I get the impression that Charlene is trying to make an effort to be interested in him, but he seems to be distracted by something else. I'm not trying to be critical of them (I like Charlene and miss seeing her too), but as I've said it's just the impression I get.

:previous: I think that over the years Prince Albert had become a lonely, more reserved man. Then came Charlene and to be honest, I don't think he trusted his happiness, and they "dated" for a long time. Charlene too seems to be a little reserved. These traits show up in formal posed shots But, over a period of time, they seem to be letting go a little.

I don't 'follow' the Monegasque Royals as much as I do other RFs, so I haven't seen that many photos like these ones. I guess my post was based on that one photo. That aside, the photos you've posted are lovely, and I particularly like the last one. Charlene looks trés chic there.
