Am I the only person in the universe who a) doesn't care about the names of any royal's dogs, cats, gerbils, or horses and b) doesn't care that much if they have dogs, cats, gerbils or horses?

I don’t care about the dog’s name either. I don’t care about the jet, the price of the dress, the baby shower nor the grill. I mean, I literally could care less about that stuff.

I don't know HM The Queen's dogs' names, and I don't need to know the names of any Royal's bets' names.

I suspect the dog's name will come out eventually like Lupo's but apart from the Corgis we don't really know the names of any other of the Royal Family's pets or even if they have them in some cases and in most there's no interest in the names either.

I care about the name of dogs! People use to have a very personal relationship to a dog and the other way around - but we will not so soon find out, how our dog names us.  But the name you give a beloved creature, says a lot about you!

When they’re out with said dog, they don’t wish for members of the public to constantly be calling out ‘Hey, Rover! (or whatever). Even a placid or well-trained canine might get rowdy and unmanageable.

As of 17 months ago, the Queen still had two dorgis-Vulcan and Candy. 
I don't need to know pets and names, but it is a nice tidbit of information that makes them more personable.

The Queen has a couple dorgis named Vulcan and Candy, at least as of 17 months ago. 
I don't need to know what the pets' names are but knowing about their pets and even sometimes knowing their names, makes the people more personable.

 To HM it was Corgies and Camilla it is Jack Russels and, if I'm not wrong, rescue dogs. It looks like she's converted Charles as well.
I'm not sure whether Charles has any hunting dogs left.
