The royals of today are more relaxed and settled then those of yesteryear. You did not see any royals hug or even play with their children or grandchildren .Now that has changed you see more of their loving and caring side.

This is such a great thread! It's nice to see all of the royals reaching out, touching people, holding people, etc. Crown Princess Mary seems especially good at it.

First off, great pics from the two posts above. I personally think the Spanish RF is the best when it comes to getting up close and personal with the public.
Another fave family of mine is the Swedish RF and here are some recent pics of them from April and May.

King Juan Carlos and Elena seems very "at home" with the people. They are so jolly and fresh!
And the Royal family of Sweden looks also great among Swedish people! Congrats to them!
