I was always curious, how can it be, when many royals meet at different events, and they should prepare for galas, dinners, weddings etc. Have all princess their own hairdresser and make-up artist there, or how is organised with so many ladies with not so many time? Are they in this preparationstime together in a room, drink coffee and chat with eachother? Or they are in their own room till the event? Do they have more eveningswears and shoes there, if something is happened with the selected robe?
I found some photos, so we can imagine it, but if you have some other informations or photos, please post here.

In this first picture you can see Maxima with a hairdresser, she is in a vesture, one of her daughter is there, she drinks tee or coffe, eats orange... I think this photo was made in their home:

This other one is also about Maxima. I can imagine this photo was made at a dress-rehearsal (I think before an event she doesn't have so many time these all clothes and shoes and jewels to try on, so it is sure that the royals have before an event more try-on).

And Marie-Chantal before the wedding of Princess Madeleine:

I would imagine each royal brings their own hairdresser if needed, their selection of gowns and jewels and dresses in their own room. I imagine refreshments are available and the women can choose to get ready together or not.

Depending on the event, it must be quite an undertaking. Besides the hairdresser, I would think that they would have someone there to help them with their clothing (seamtress in case last minute touches on gowns or clothing was needed) and an assistant to help them with anything else they might need. This assistant would probably be someone who gets things for them at the last minute.
