it ocurred to me that we didn't have a thread to post pictures of the interiors or the gardens of the actual houses where royals live - not their official residences where they host meetings, but the places where they actually live. it is rare to get glimpses of them as they are their private quarters, so i thought it would be nice to concentrate them in one thread.
i'll start with the recent pictures we saw of the
interiors of the residence of the cambridges, following them receiving the obama's for an informal dinner.
WA and maxima sometimes host their guests in their own house, villa eikenhorts, so some glimpses of their residence exist:
