What order is Mette-Marit wearing in the fifth picture? With a yellow and red ribbon? Is it a Japanese order or a Norwegian one?

It is a Japanese order. It was mentioned on post #34
Crown Princess Mette-Marit received the Grand Cross of the Order of the Precious Crown (in norwegian : Den Kostbare Krones Orden). It is the highest decoration conferred on ladies who are not Heads of state.
