The attendance of the Royal Family at this year's celebration has been reduced at short notice.
Today Crown Princess Mette-Marit's annual attendance at the Save the Children event has been removed from the calendar, as well as the family's attendance at the banquet this evening.
The two audiences and the Nobel Peace Prize Award Ceremony at Oslo City Hall will take place, attended by King Harald, Queen Sonja and Crown Prince Haakon.
Update: The court confirmed that Crown Princess Mette-Marit has a cold.

Nobel Peace Prize
Awarded to
Ales Bialiatski, Belarus
Memorial, Russia
Center for Civil Liberties, Ukraine
(all 1/3 share of the Prize)
“The Peace Prize laureates represent civil society in their home countries. They have for many years promoted the right to criticise power and protect the fundamental rights of citizens. They have made an outstanding effort to document war crimes, human right abuses and the abuse of power. Together they demonstrate the significance of civil society for peace and democracy”.
Announced by the Norwegian Nobel Committee on Friday 7 October 2022.
Congratulations!

If my question is a little bit off-topic please remove to the right threat, but:
I wonder when we will see Princess Ingrid Alexandra attending the nobel peace prize ceremony? I thought she would attend this year because she is now 18 years old.

Announcement
“Zan – Zendegi – Azadi”
“Woman – Life – Freedom”
The Norwegian Nobel Committee has decided to award the Nobel Peace Prize for 2023 to Narges Mohammadi for her fight against the oppression of women in Iran and her fight to promote human rights and freedom for all. Her brave struggle has come with tremendous personal costs. Altogether, the regime has arrested her 13 times, convicted her five times, and sentenced her to a total of 31 years in prison and 154 lashes. Ms Mohammadi is still in prison as I speak.
