NRK has posted the King's speech here. You can read the speech in Norwegian here.
They show Haakon in the video & you can see Sonja at one point. But I may have missed any better viewings. Sonja is wearing a blue dress with her Pearl Tiara.
You can see photos here. MM & Sonja are both recycling gowns.

Princess Astrid's tiara is different looking but at least it gives the family something to joke about. She has said in interviews they ask her if she has had any "contact with outer space" as the tiara looks as if it had antennas.

It is a pity she does not wear the aigrette as intended: to hold feathers. Here an example and here another example of what these "antennas" actually were for.

Princess Astrid has a bad leg and has for several years been treated with acupuncture. She has therefore used crutches several times before, but not for a while now.

I think that back in the days of the Sowjet Union she used make another joke about it: That one of the antennae was tuned in on the KGB and the other one on the CIA...
I'm not sure whether she really said it herself or whether it is just a myth. But it seems that the Princess has a fine sense of humor.
