Yes in November they say we expect very good news from Jordan Royal Family 
Princess Basmah get pregnant faster than Noor , Noor married in 2004 and born Haya in 2007 Basmah get pregnant in 2012 and maybe due in 2012 , too.

Congrats to them!
As for "swift conception" - it's nothing strange. Noor was only 24 when she conceived Haya, and only 22 when she got married, so she could wait a bit. Basmah is already 33 and her biological clock is ticking already, so why should she wait?
What a bunch of babies this year! (Princess Badiya-Mrs. Khalid Blair, Princess Salha-Mrs. Mohamed Haj-Hassan and now Princess Basmah Hamzah)
I wait now for Princess Zeina Rashid and Princess Lamia Mirza! (daughter-in-law of Princess Alia bint AlHussein)

Jordanian Royal Court does not announce pregnancies, but only births.
