22 Grandchildren  with Tahani al Shahwan who Princess Zein bint al Hussein adopted they become 23 and Abir Muhaisen's son they come 24

To the best of my knowledge, there are 26 grandchildren - of the late King Hussein (24 biological and 2 adopted).
Princess Alia – Hussein, Talal and Abdul Hamid
King Abdullah – Hussein, Iman, Salma and Hashem
Prince Faisal – Ayah, Omar, Sara and Aisha
Princess Aisha – Aoun and Muna
Princess Zein – Jaafar, Jumana and Tahani (adopted)
Princess Haya - Al Jalila and Zayed
Prince Ali – Jalilah and Abdullah
Prince Hamzah – Hayah, Zein
Prince Hashim – Halaah, Rayet and Fatima

The baby was probably named after Hamzah's grandbother, Zein al-Sharaf Talal, and his half-sister, Princess Zein bint Hussein.
