There hasn't been any announcement on this topic, as far as I know.

Do you think that the royals who have houses in the south of France will stay at their own house or will they be in a hotel in Monaco.
The Belgians have their house in Grasse, the Luxembourgs in Bormes-les-Mimosas, the Swedes in Sainte-Maxime.

The royals who have their house in the South of France will not be far away Monaco, they would be less one hour of Monaco, but I think they must to be at the hotel because between the ceremony and the dinner they must change their clothes, they would not have many time, it is why they will have the dinner at the Casino and Opera, and not at the museum which is more far from their hotel. The Palace is also not far from the Hotel of Paris where they will be

I agree, Melina - it would be foolish for the special guests to stay away from Monaco. There was a Nice-Matin article about the numbers of sightseers expected in the Principality.
Even extra trains and buses and free parking won't be enough.

No, I doubt that there will be a Tridentine Mass for the nuptials, simply because the Pope has not approved the use of the old Tridentine Mass.
The Latin rite Mass that was recently approved by the Holy See is called the Mass in the Extraordinary Rite...kind of cumbersome, I think...but I don't get to decide.

It all sounds exquisitely lovely...dining on the terrace of La Salle Garnier which overlooks the sea...but I wish they would publish the menu so I can be even more envious!
They won't do that until after the wedding, perhaps.

Apparently there won't be any culinary excesses - just good food.
Alain D. confirmed that the milk will come from PA's Roc Agel cows, and the same goes for the vegetables :-)

Excesses or not, I'm still dying to know the details of the menu...as well as all the other minutiae of the wedding.
But as I stated, like the William/Kate wedding it probably won't be published until closer to the day.

It will be very good because Ducasse is excellent in the cooking, french cooking is good, a menu is made with meat or fish and vegetables, and if it is a meditterannee cooking, it will be very excellent.and I know I am native of South of France and I can only say that each time I return to my home after a travel , I am happy to find again my native cooking

Alain Ducasse is also running a cookery TV show, with valuable prizes.
It's on the Nice Matin site.

JMO, but I loathe eating outdoors!
I always think there's bugs.
Even if I can't see any, I'm convinced they're there, getting on the food.

I see Edward and Sophie are going (no surprises there from the British Royal Family). I understand the entire Swedish Royal Family is going.
How about Holland/Spain/Greece/Norway?

For the people who are living in South Africa, there is an announcement that theSABC3 will be screening the wedding of Prince Albert and Charlene Wittstock and there will be an exclusive interview on the channel's weekly magazine show Top Billing.
We know that the crown prince couple of netherland, the crown prince couple of Norway, the royal family of belgium will be there, the grand duc and grand duchesse of Luxemburg with the Prince Guillaume will attend, there will be the royal family of Spain. It was in Point De Vue Magazine
We only begin to know which guests will be there but in a newspaper of Australia, we know that Sophie Edigton aussie swimmer will jet now to Monaco , she is hosted to the wedding of Monaco, I think she will compet to the race of Mare Nostrum which will be at the end of the next week and her boyfriend the rugbyman Adam Byrns will join her at the end of the month. they are both invited to the wedding .
Karl Lagerfeld is also invited to the wedding

I thought the wedding was in September!? There isn't any coverage going on here in the U.S. about Albert and Charlene

No, there isn't.
I expect there'll be some photos in the tabloids of the wedding events, but otherwise I'd have to say there's not a lot of interest here.
There really hasn't been much coverage since Stephanie was young and dating actors like Rob Lowe. But since then, nothing!
We'll probably have to watch online.
