some great pictures, at least some nice news to cheer up an otherwise very sad day.
the babies look adorable. charlene understandably still looks a bit uncomfortable. however, i find it nice how they could introduce their babies from the safety of their palace instead of out of the hospital - when kate and william introduced george, i thought it must be terrifying to expose your baby only a couple of days old to a screaming and excited crowd that is so close to you.
i liked how the whole family was there to support albert and charlene. were andrea and tatiana not there then? it would have been great to see them with their little sasha, and so for charlotte's baby. i guess they didn't want the press to be distracted from the stars of the day!

I'd think that toddlers would carry too many germs for premie newborns. JMO. Andrea doesn't appears to have attended as I don't see in photos of him or Tatiana (When is she due by the way?).

What a lot of happy and sweet pictures. Mum and dad look very content and I especially like the ones of aunts Caroline and Stephanie interacting.
I think I also see Chris Levine and Melanie de Massy. Think it's nice that the extended family is represented.

Well, i think it's the first time i see the whole family at the palace balcony ( Andrea and Pauline's absences aside ), including Stephanie's children and all ( even Gad was there... )... It was very sweet of Monseigneur to include the whole family in his children's presentation since he could easily not have done it. After all, the actual princely family is, now, the prince, his wife and their children. P. Caroline, P. Stephanie and their children are no longer part of the princely family, of its core ( at least not exactly, in my perspective ), they're just the prince's family, and in such a day all the protagonism would rightfully go to the princely couple and the babies and P. Albert could have wanted to live the presentation in such a way that would have stressed this change in the family members roles and positions... He chose not to do so, he chose to include them all in the act. Quite thoughtful and generous of him, i think...

I was shocked to even see Gad appear on the Balcony? Is that a first??  All the women looked incredible. Stephanie looked better than I have seen her for a while and Charlene looked gorgeous and elegant, except she seemed to still be in some physical discomfort as another poster noted. She does seem very connected with her infants though, always gazing at them and kissing them. 
I love it when the Grimaldis all get together. None of the other RF's are quite as glamorous or as beautiful as they are when they are out in force, imo.

Well we could not get a full picture of the little ones, I haven't seen yet their faces, this is the first royals babies wich they show a picture of the faces.
Altough we have lots of members of the Grimaldi family there is still missing one, has always...that is one thing I really don't understand about this family, Royal events should be for everyone and not only for those who are willing to go.... it should be an obligation, it should be royal duties... Tatiana and Andrea didn't attend why?? because they are in London? because she is pregnant? she has appear two weeks ago... I really don't understand this family royal duties and rules...

It was the presentation of the futures heirs of Monaco, it was a ceremony for the births of the princely children.
For Caroline , her children , Stéphanie and her children, it was not a royal duty, it was for all of them a privat family event as aunts and cousins of the chldren of Albert and Charlene
Now the princely family are Albert, Charlene and Jacques and Gabriella
Andréa and Tatiana are no more présomptifs heirs and let them leave in the calm.

Andrea's wife Tatiana is herself pregnant and might not be feeling well. Or their toddler might be unwell. Or all three might be. Andrea was the first member of the family other than Albert to visit the hospital when the twins were born.
In any case they certainly aren't the first or the only Royal family in Europe who mess up when it comes to Royal duties and "rules"  .

Thank you everyone for the links to photos and videos. A very happy day for those in Monaco, sorry that it is not one in Paris. I understand that Albert has sent a condolence message.
BTW does anyone know how Charlene's French lessons are progressing? I was a little surprised to hear her speaking in English except for the occasional "merci" when she was in the crowds today.

Andrea works for the London Embassy. He was in Monaco for National Day and Christmas. Maybe he had obligations in England.

Yes, there was also Gareth the brother of Charlene and his wife. the parents of Charlene are not in Monaco, Charlene said in the interview of Point de Vue that her mother will come at the end of january to see the babies and her father will come very soon after.
