I suspect Meghan will have a new tiara, like Fergie and Sophie when they married into the Royal Family. I think the tiara will be made from pieces from the Royal vault

I know there are so many people that are extremely knowledgeable about the royal jewellery vault but is it possible that there are lots of tiaras that we aren't aware of? Perhaps ones that have been given as presents and not documented?

I think there's a good number of tiaras sitting in the BRF vaults we haven't seen in decades.
I hope she gets to use one of the family tiaras.

What if the Queen or Prince Charles "bought back" this Diamond and Pearl Fringe Tiara from The Duke and Duchess of Kent (on the picture worn by their daughter Lady Helen Taylor at her wedding)... As the Duchess have retired and does not attend galas anymore.....
The Royal Order of Sartorial Splendor: Wedding Wednesday: Lady Helen Taylor's Gown
I am sure that there are a few tiaras around in the Kent, Gloucester, Harewood and maybe also Fife-families with Royal history that could be bought back for the right money.

I don't think she will have a newly purchased tiara for wedding. (I also don't think BRF will purchase any new tiaras for others currently.) Still put my money on Strathmore Rose or Teck Crescent tiara. I know they are fragile/owned by Camilla but I'm still hoping.

Of the known ones there's the Lotus and the Sapphire Bandeau (if she wants color) around too.
If they do make her one, I hope they use family stones.

I would love for the Strathmore rose to reappear.
Or do something creative with other family jewelry like Charlene of Monaco.

Strathmore Rose or the Greek Meander could be good choices. I do not think, that she will get the Halo Tiara, this one is already "reserved" to Kate

I don't expect her to wear anything already being worn by Camilla or Kate.

I have always wanted her to wear the Strathmore Rose bandeau style- it would be really breathtaking on her with the right gown and I think she could pull it off.

This necklace would make a lovely tiara. Does anyone know the ID?

Also, someone in the previous thread mentioned the Godman necklace would make a great tiara (with the dangling emeralds removed). I'd LOVE that one turned into a tiara. It's gorgeous. Then the dangling emeralds could be turned into a bracelet, earrings, and brooch.

Other than those, I'd like to see a beautiful, substantial tiara purchased for her so it can remain in the Sussex (or whichever dukedom) line for future children, grandchildren to wear.

The Strathmore Rose was my choice for Catherine, and I was disappointed she didn’t wear it for her wedding. Perhaps Meghan will?? I think Meghan will look gorgeous in a tiara. Can. Not. Wait!!

I think there may be too much space between the longer spikes (?) if turning it into tiara, some alterations are needed.

Wow! That IS a stunning necklace!! I'd forgotten seeing Princess Diana wearing it--and others like the Queen, of course. I remember thinking it was one of the most stunning necklaces I'd ever seen and now I agree--it WOULD make a striking tiara!

Good Morning America is quoting Meghan as saying her favorite wedding dress of all time was the one worn by Carolyn Bessette Kennedy designed by Narcisco Rodriguez. It was a simple slip dress accessorized with some sparkling hair clips once owned by Jacqueline Kennedy. Based on this, I'm gathering she'll go very sleek, figure conscious (thought not as bare as CBK's) simple, elegant lines.....So a tiara--and I hope she wears one for the wedding--would need to also have simple lines, perhaps be on the daintier side?

I think this is a lovely, simple, understated tiara. It's known as The Girls of Britain and Ireland Tiara and the Queen has been photographed wearing it quite often.

That tiara is out of the question maryshawn. It's reserved for Queens only. Only Kate will wear it once she and William become King and Queen.
I would still put money on the Cartier Halo and make it a wedding tiara for both the wives of Diana's sons. Either that or the Lotus Flower.
Can't imagine the Strathmore Rose will be used considering it's shape and the Teck Crescent hasn't been seen in decades. I would be surprised to see such a tiara turn up on a new member.
