I just read that both Sotheby's and Christie's are jointly evaluating the collection of jewels previously owned by Imelda Marcos. The collection is comprised of 700 lots (!) and is all fine jewels, a number with historical royal provenance. If this all comes to auction, it will surpass the collections of Elizabeth Taylor, Heidi Horten and The Duchess of Windsor.

Queen Ena's emerald brooch is going on Auction next month.

That would be a great 20th wedding anniversary present to Queen Letizia!
