Favourite Tiara worn by Máxima

I still love the bandeau tiara but only by a hair--the star tiara is amazing. It suits her personality so brilliantly. But, I have to say that Maxima has this uncanny ability to wear any tiara and make it look fantastic just by the sheer power of her personality. Yes, some of those tiaras are not the most beautiful pieces out there, but she makes them look wonderful.

I love the tiara with the large pearls. i like it much better then the bandeau tiara. it looks too simple for me.
i also love the new tiara but it is not yet in the poll.

Of the tiaras listed in the poll, my favourites are:

1. Mellerio Ruby Tiara (and the entire Parure, come to that)
2. Antique pearl Tiara without Pearls (it's a small but very attractive piece)
3. Antique Pearl Tiara with Pearls (I really like the way Maxima wears this tiara, the hairstyle she chooses is almost perfect)

However, the tiara I like most is The Peacock Tiara. If it were among the choices, I would certainly vote for it. However, since it is not listed in the poll, I voted for the Mellerio Ruby Tiara.

I havent realized that Maxima has worn 10 tiaras. She must be lucky to wear so many unlike some other Cp's who have worn 2 or 3.
I think this is such a pretty tiara so is this diamond and ruby but I dont like the way it was sitting.

The Diamond Bandeau Tiara is wonderful for Maxima's natural hairline. The porportion of the rose cut diamonds are in precise sync with the shape and size of her bright round eyes. This is why this tiara always looks so good on CPMaxima: no matter what color dress she is wearing, or what hairstyle (or hair color for that matter) she is donning the pure architecture of the tiara aligns with her anatomy perfectly. It has been said true beauty is all mathmatical symmetry, this proves it!

If you browse through this site, you'll see all the tiaras and jewelries available for Maxima to use as well as other Dutch royal ladies. Some are very impressive. I like the ideas of having a family foundation to keep all the jewels with the main line and sharing them.

I never thought that the star tiara itself was that beautiful... but somehow it looks really pretty on Maxima. It worked perfectly as a wedding tiara.
It would be nice to see her wearing it again.
Anyway: there are still so many tiaras in the dutch collection we didn't see on Maxima yet. The Peacock tiara was a surprise. So I hope for another surprise soon (maybe at one of the events that will come withe Princess Victoria's wedding).

Gosh, I've been sick in bed all day and the only cure is drooling over all these jewels. I am head over heals in love with the new Sapphire Tiara. I still like it as a necklace, especially when paired with the giant sapphire pendant, but I also LoveLoveLove it as a tiara. I can't wait to see it again! Both Rubies, and the Antique Pearls come after. The Diamond Bandeau is another simple stunner as well. What a lucky gal!!!

The best is 11 and 12. Just beautiful pieces and Maxima did wear them nicely.
I had not realized that Maxima has worn so many tiaras unlike other Crown Princesses who just stick to 2 tiaras.

The diamond stars tiara was my second choice even though it makes her look like a fireworks show. Or maybe its just that hairdo. I find I like her better with a more sophisticated, tailored style than the curls.

My least favorites here are, the Auqamarine tiara, the Diamond Festoon tiara, and the Mellerio Sapphire tiara with the diamond setting. I don't ether love or hate the Ruby Peacock tiara but I do find it interesting.
