Convertible Tiaras/Necklaces and Versatile Tiaras

I have always liked how Crown Princess Victoria wore the four button tiara on this occasion. Her hair was the perfect canvas on which to show off this usually insignificant tiara. It looks like a real piece of jewelry, instead of something that was cobbled together at the last minute. She just looked wonderful at this event, lovely dress, great hair, jewels, she was all that and a WHOLE lot more!:flowers:

Agree Mary's wedding tiara makes a very delicate necklace, and I love it!

and in belgium queen paola has worn a small necklace as a tiara then she were a princess

Princess Benedikte wears the SWG fringe tiara perfectly as necklace and tiara !

I just love the fact that these pieces of jewelry can be transformed in certain ways like a tiara can be a necklace or a bracelet or a brooch and how some if not all tiaras could have things added or stones changed as the royal wearer may seem fit.

I actually like crown princess Mary's wedding tiara better as a necklace.

i were thinking is it possible to change the connaught tiara and have pearls or other stones it it were the pendents hangs?

You´re welcome Humera! I don´t like the 3rd. Luxembourg necklace/tiara.
This is a bracelet that the late GD Josephine Charlotte and her daughter wore as tiara:

It is an odd peice of jewelry. Too big for a bracelet and strange as a tiara.

This is just too big to make a necklace in my opinion.

The spires are just too wide and large on her neck, it just looks odd!

The swedish ladies do the Baden fringe well as a necklace -that looks great. Victoria always wears it beautifully. The caughnut tiara pieces as a necklace are pretty and so is Mary's wedding tiara, but this one just looks wrong to me!

Sophie's Aquamarine tiara worn and off the frame as a necklace. Found this on Pinterest.its beautiful.

Some ladies of England diamond and pearl tiara, which is believed to be dismantled. The wedding gift that was given to Queen Mary in 1893 can not only be worn as a necklace, but also as a corsage.
