Hello! Nice to meet everyone. I have been a fan of the Royal Family for years; my mother was a young girl when the Queen was coronated so I guess I caught the bug from her (yes, I'm American, although I spend a disproportionate amount of time in the UK in Camberley). I was eight when Diana and Charles were married and I too was up - at what was it? three a.m.? - to watch what we all believed was the wedding of the century. Well, as we know now, it was, but for very different reasons.
I am actually a huge fan of Zara Phillips, whom I admire for her keen equestrienne talents and her ability to keep a level head (I've always liked her mother Anne, who seems to not only speak her mind but also keep her head together).
I have been browsing these threads for a few days and am looking forward to participating in the many discussions here. Looking forward to posting with all of you!
