Hello from Romania
Hello, dear forum members,

It’s been a long time I’ve been reading the forums, today I took the leap and registered.
I have always been fascinated by royalty. My main interest is The British Royal Family, but I am interested in all other royals in Europe and Asia also.

One member of the British royal family, The Prince of Wales, also is very interested in Romania. In 2015, he launched the Prince of Wales Foundation Romania, which focuses on preserving heritage architecture, supporting smallholder farmers and helping to develop sustainable businesses. He also has a rural farmhouse in Viscri in Transylvania.

Thank you for the warm welcome, it is such a nice surprise!

Yes, The Prince of Wales has a close relationship with Romania, and what he’s doing beyond the conservation work is that he’s setting an example and a standard and he’s boosting the confidence of people who otherwise would feel crushed by the transformations of today’s world.
I have a very soft spot for him. I find him to be a kind and sensible man.
