If Albert stayed at Roc Angel over 6 mos of the year, he would be subject to French taxes on all of his income and property. There's no way he would let that happen. Even Charlotte is always careful to say that she splits her time between Monaco and Paris. And her company, Swoon Productions, is registered in Monaco, even though it looks like the majority of business is done out of Paris.

According to Joan Dale's book My days with Grace the name of the residence is Rocagel in one word, the media always get it wrong by putting it in two words.

I recently discovered the existence of this residence. It is a property with lots of space and must be one of the favorite properties of the Principe Family.
