Now that's a funny and unusual pic  Do u have the url where we could see the pics online?

no, unfortunately I don'tknow any url where one can see these photos. The photos here are taken by myself. I have just photographed the sites of the magazine.
It is really frustrating to think about all those lovely photos of Grace which have never been published. And I have to say it's really hard to find any that I don't know by now...

Oh thanks I got confused because you used the word site and I assumed it was from a website. Great pics anyway :)

I am kinda confused here. Sure I know that calling someone 'beautiful' or 'pretty' is subjective. We have different 'tastes'. But im really confused at the result of the poll 'most beautiful', why was pauline voted the most beautiful? Haven't they seen these pictures of Grace? And how many pictures of Pauline have they seen to judge or vote for her as the most beautiful. I think the poll is biased- well of course this is not a pro survey. But i just want to encourage everyone to vote honestly- on what they really think- and not just because my friend told me so to vote for so and so - and im doing this for a favor to my friend.

My point is that how can they vote for pauline? In terms of being pretty, pls Grace or stephanie or even camille and charlotte are prettier. In terms of being 'beautiful', has pauline ever done charity works to prove she's a beautiful person?

Im not against pauline ok, what i'm just stressing here is -pls vote honestly and dont do it for a friend's favor. it will skew the result as what happened to that poll.

thanks.

You're only right about the part where people have different tastes. Nobody did a favor to me. I just knew where to look for people that would find Pauline the most beautiful one. That speach of yours is not very nice. I hope that Pauline will never come here and read this. I respect that you may find the result unffair, but maybe you should respect people's differences of opinion. I understand your point of view since I have the same about other people. I trully don't understand the fascination that people in this board have for Camille and Charlotte for example. In my list of the most beautiful Grimaldi, they're closer to the end than to the beginning. But I simply say that Charlotte is NMS intead of saying "how come did she get so many votes?!?!". I don't understand how come, but people have the right to think she's the most beautiful and I'll always respect that right. Everybody(you're included) should too. Your opinions are OPINIONS not facts.

This result came from a poll. Only members may vote in polls and post. Therefore, enough members found Pauline to be the most beautiful. It was their choice, and that it to be respected whether one disagrees or not. There is nothing that can be done about the result of said poll as each member is only allowed to vote once, therefore, the result was completely fair and honest.

Simply because those voted didn't find who you believe to be the most beautiful does not mean that they have not been honest. It was their decision. They can vote for Pauline because she was favored in particular by them.

In terms of being 'beautiful', has pauline ever done charity works to prove she's a beautiful person?

This assumption is based on Pauline as choice for more in depth reasons. It could be that she was chosen by the majority based solely or primarily on superficial criteria. This often happens in polls and although it may not be acceptable to some it is perfectly acceptable when voting. Remember that everyone's choice was made based on their own personal opinions and ideas about beauty. Beauty is definitely determined by the individual. Some may go into more detail when making the choice, but others may not.

Thanks Jacqueline, yes you are right . But pls visit again the closed poll and read the messages posted there.. like how the other members are surprised at the spike of the votes..

Im not against pauline, I think she is pretty and im sure she'll grow up a very pretty woman- but its just that she's not the prettiest Grimaldi as of this time- the present. And Grandmama is hard to beat in the physical appearance department.

And by the way, renats i'm not specifically referring the 'friends favors' to you..

Ok, that's fine, but again, that's a matter of opinion. Personally, I find Grace very beautiful, but I think there's a little strenght missing in her face's lines. I only voted for her in second because there was a specific short time of her life where she had her lines "delicate but strong", my fav way. Because if I was going to judge based in all of her youth, she would be 4th or 5th. I think the most beautiful people are the ones that have a mixture of classic and exotic beauty. I would put classic in 2nd and exotic in 3rd. But the whole bunch of people that voted for Charlotte, probably like exotic beauties as 1st. As you like classic first. Now, who could say that some of us are right and the rest of us are wrong?

Most people here feel the same way about Pauline because most people here have the same kind of "experience" when it comes to children's pictures. When you have a hobby for many years, you see things in a different way in the specific topic. Believe me, most people that collect kids pics(in a serious way) for many years, find Pauline more beautiful than Camille. I don't know your personal hobbies so I can give you an example that will reach to you better. But let's prettend you love cars. You have tons of cars magazines and items and spend part of your free time dedicating for that hobby for many years. Well, if you did that, you would see cars in a different way than I do. You would be more critic, more demanding, pay more attention for details, pay more attention to flaws and to lots more. While I would just find one car that I find the nicest in my little experience and that's it. That difference happens with anybody that has a serious hobby. I collect pictures of beautiful kids since I was a kid myself. And today, when I look at the part of my collection that I saved when I was 12(I started when I was 9), I think to myself, "how could I save those pics?!?!? They're so bad!!!". Do you understand what I mean? My taste(and "demands") improved a lot with time and experience. And since you all don't have that experience, I may say that your taste is not as improved in this specific topic. I'm sure that your taste is more improved than mine in other topics though.

I loved To Catch a Thief, her and Cary Grant were so good together. But she was so lovable as the sassy Tracy in High Society. It's a toss up!

I liked To Catch a Thief. The dialogue was sharp, especially the catty one in the water with her and the other girl. :p

I liked To Catch a Thief better as well! Followed by Rear Window. I loved the second one but I think that the end was kind of silly. To Catch a Thief had a better end and amazing locations over Rear Window. But they're both great movies.

I cleaned out this thread and removed any broken links. While reading through it, I was struck at just how beautiful Grace really was. Does anyone have any more photos of her as an actress to add? I know that I, for one, would love to see them :)

the most beautiful actress of 50s :)
