I'm not sure if this has been posted or if this is the place to post this article, but here it is...
A New Beginning for Monaco's Princess - Birth, Marriage, Princess Caroline : People.com
It's the article that ran in People magazine after the birth of Andrea. It talks about the late Prince Rainier not liking Stefano and Caroline becoming pregnant with Andy out-of-wedlock. Gasp! j.k.
P.S.
I had read a post, I'm not sure in what thread, that Prince Rainier had given Casiraghi a title. The article states differently, but maybe he did give Stefano a title later in his short life?

I thought Prince Rainier grew to like Stefano?

Interesting article. I think Stefano proved his critics wrong, eventually. The quotes about him not knowing what he's doing when he goes racing are quite eery.

Well, however Prince Rainier may have felt about Stefano, he did not let his feelings cloud his judgment and love for his grandchildren - from all accounts, including this thread, so many pictures - Prince Rainier loved Andrea. They seemed so close, and truly seemed to enjoy each other's company - Prince Rainier always seemed so proud of Andrea. So, despite the article from People, Prince Rainier's feelings for Andrea and his other grandchildren was real.

I hate when Rainier is stated as calling the Casiraghi's "new money." I wonder what he thought of the commoners he "ruled." You know, the ones who paid for his lavish lifestyle, that of his descendents, his children and their children. Stefano was more of a lapdog than anything, and Caroline... I find her to be a bit, no, very arrogant. Sorry to all of those who disagree, and who think I'm being "mean." But I don't think I'm being as mean as Caroline has been with Princess Stéphanie and HRH Prince Albert and their "illegitimate" children. Her neck must be so cramped from always looking down on people.
This isn't the first time I read an article like this. And for those of you who aren't familiar with People, it's a very legit magazine here in the United States.
P.S.
Nobody is saying that P.R. didn't love his grandchildren Horseygal.

Here is another article from People. This one is about Princess Stéphanie when she became pregnant with Louis. Enjoy.
http://www.people.com/people/archive/article/0,,20112908,00.htm
Stephanie herself told reporters, "[My family] is happy for me. To see me happy, to know that I am going to have a child, they are evidently pleased."

thank you elliesopie, i can never get enough
the "aging gracefully" article tore my heart, it must have been one of her last interviews. it's a shame she didn't keep a diary or start her autobiography, so many things i would have loved to read her perspective about...marriage, fame, "having it all", such a big lose. it was sweet, the kind things she said about princess diana,it's eerie they both died far too young in car accidents and are still fervently loved and adored, long after their deaths, no matter the books, movies, rumors and "new royals" have made headlines.
i love frank sinatra's comment, " She's the squarest person I ever knew," , "a cross between Aimee Semple McPherson and Queen Elizabeth." But he makes the statement fondly, and is always available to play a benefit gig for one of his old friend Grace's innumerable charities. "
