I suppose he might have voted at the Belgian embassy in London.

No. The Prince voted by procuration. His Mother voted in his name. Furthermore the Prince lives and works in New York. His brother Joachim is studying in the United Kingdom.

:previous: is it possible for someone to vote one someone else"s name?

Belgium allows its RF to vote? Do the King and the CP vote?

:previous: I dont know about the Crown Prince but the King cannot vote!

@ Comte de Hainaut : are they voting for a new prime minister in Belgium?

The Heir to the Throne always votes. But as Prince Philippe was in Shangai for an official visit at the Universal Exposition Princess Mathilde voted for him.

Indeed they were voting for a new Prime.
