neither guillaume nor stephanie are studying. they finished their studies long ago. we don't obviously know why they haven't had a child yet, but one can assume they are maybe trying to have some time for themselves and to adjust to their future role before starting a family.

Many residencies have senior citizens choirs; a long time ago my great-aunt decided to retire from her senior citizens choir because "all those people in their 70s might think she was getting too old"... (she was in her 90s at that time; passed away 20 years ago)
