In this article about the Birthday of the HGD Guillaume today mention this:

"Since the end of September this year, it has been known that the hereditary grand-ducal couple are expecting a second child. Prince Charles' little sister is expected to be born in April 2023."

Guillaume and Stephanie talked about 'little sister or brother' (in that order) when discussing how wonderful it was for Charles as well.

The baby is almost here How exciting! Even though we do not know the date (early or mid-late April), I believe the birth will be sooner than later (based on the last pictures, she looks like she is ready to give birth).
