Lovely! It would be wonderful if the next generation of Scandinavian crown princess/es could grow to become as close as the current one. While an age gap is present between Princess Estelle and her Norwegian and Danish counterparts, it is about equal to that between Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Victoria who are nonetheless close friends.

The Crown Prince Couple and Princess Ingrid Alexandra spent some beautiful late summer days on Gotland in the Baltic Sea last weekend, together with the Swedish Crown Princess family. The Crown Prince and Crown Princess have close and intimate contact with the Scandinavian Royal Houses, and greatly appreciated the visit to Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel.

Sverre Magnus is not an official member of the royal family, after all, he is “only” the second born. So it is quite possible that the trip to Sweden had a more official character than the picture suggests, and that Sverre Magnus was actually not there. Or that he was there, but not included in the official picture, Mette-Marit and Haakon often keep him out of the public eye.

Svensk Damtidning writes that Victoria and Daniel both live and work together, and the time with the pandemic seems to have made them even more welded together. They celebrate 20 years as a couple, that it is such a long time is almost a little hard to comprehend!
It was in 2001 that Victoria entered the Master Training gym in Stockholm and got Daniel Westling as her personal trainer. She was 24, and he was 28. They became friends and then much more.
- Quite early on, we wanted to believe that it would be us. At least I did, Victoria said much later.

- The more I got to know her, the more irresistible she became. I simply fell in love and that the love was answered felt clear.
Since then, they have been the royal family's own power couple. Victoria has turned 44, Daniel has just turned 48. They have celebrated a steel wedding and are proud parents of Oscar and Estelle.
20 years as a couple and 11 years as married. Victoria and Daniel both live and work together and during the pandemic they have spent basically all their time at home together. Side by side, they have had their video meetings at the dining room table at Haga. A very special period, which has probably made them even more welded together, both as a couple and the royal super team they are. When you see them together, you are always struck by how synchronized they are.

Daniel was on Friday at the International Powerlifting Federation's World Classic Championships in Halmstad, Sweden. He was there to support Niklas Ek, his friend from childhood, working as a project manager at Generation Pep.
Niklas (born 1974) got bronze overall in his class Masters 1 less than 66 kilos. He got silver in deadlift and bronze in squat and bench press.

What does the prince do in bench press?
Today, the championships had with a royal presence. Prince Daniel was there to see his childhood friend @niklasek take off.
The prince of course has some experience of powerlifting as he grew up in Ockelbo where @ockelbo_atletklubb is the place for heavy lifting. He says that in his youth he made a ten on a bench of a hundred kilos. Three white lights for the prince.

Fashion designer Lars Wallin's 30 years as a designer is celebrated at an auction.
Crafoord Auktioner Stockholm now sums up his 30-year career with an extremely rich collection of objects. Among the exclamations are original sketches for dresses for Crown Princess Victoria, Carola and Petra Mede, a large selection of couture dresses and garments, a tableware in 74 parts designed by Lars Wallin, self-designed clothes racks and a number of furniture from the various studios.

The Crown Princess Family was at FIFA World Cup 2022 qualifier match Sweden-Kosovo at Friends Arena in Solna this evening. Sweden won 3-0. Also prime minister Stefan Löfven and his wife Ulla were there.

Estelle and Oscar wore the jerseys Daniel got on his visit to Swedish Football Association in April 2019. On September 29, most pandemic restrictions were removed and it was free to go to the pub.

"I'm in love with the royal Cavapoo Rio So I have to tell you… we were out walking in Hagaparken during lunch today, I saw a dog (Rio) and ran towards him… mom screamed and I ran obediently to her and sat down next to her, but just when she was about to relax I took the chance and ran to Rio. Mom ran after me and realized that it was Crown Princess Victoria, her two bodyguards and Rio that I ran into. It all ends with mom and Victoria talk about us for about 15 minutes, me and Rio get to play loose and the bodyguards laugh and stand about 10m away and stare. When we were "done" I did not want to leave Rio so mom had to chase me around Victoria so it ended up with mom almost falling into her and I splashed a lot of mud on her pants… Crown Princess Victoria, if you read this, SORRY because I soiled you but THANK YOU for the playtime with Rio"

From time to time she is also seen in Queen Silvia's clothes, some of which have not been worn since the 80's. Tina says that the queen is also fantastic at reuse.
The clothes that the royal family wears in official contexts are documented and stored carefully, says Margareta Thorgren. They keep a book and document all the clothes, exactly when they have been worn and how many times. The royal clothes are a part of contemporary history that the royal court states handle and preserve.
The large gala dresses require special care and careful handling. They are stored lying in large boxes with acid-free paper.

Two of Victoria's favorite brands won Damernas Värld's Guldknappen 2021 award.
Guldknappen and Guldknappen Accessoar reward a fashion brand and designer who excels in combining excellent Swedish design with good business and a sustainable way of working. At a ceremony at the Nordic Museum yesterday, this year's laureates received their awards and the winner of Guldknappen 2021 was Remake Sthlm, Stockholm City Mission's fashion brand run as a non-profit social enterprise with work integration as its goal.
Remake has proven to be a favorite brand for Victoria. She wore two blanket jackets from Remake's autumn collection recently, made from gifts donated to the City Mission. Daniel and Estelle were today at football match AIK-Sirius at Friends Arena in Solna, together with Daniel's friend Patrik Vrbanc and his child. Both Daniel and Estelle had AIK scarves. AIK won 4-2. AIK got silver at Allsvenskan this year.
