Victoria and Daniel spoke with the governor, county director and their employees who told about the various activities of the County Board of Stockholm County.
The County Administrative Board is the government's representative in the county.

Victoria and Daniel got information about the collaborative project Digital labor market guidance through language, how society is affected by a crisis in paid services and the effects of new arrivals' moving patterns in the first years after reception in the municipalities. And about food preparedness, temporary financial support measures during the pandemic and other crises, the water in the county and dependence on Lake Mälaren.
The county governor and county director gave an overview of the situation in the county, the County Board's operations and how they handle the challenges. They told also about the work with civil defense and civil preparedness, the upgrading of the county's nature reserve and the formation of the Nämdöskärgården national park, and how the construction and electricity supply look like in the county.
Victoria said that it was a fantastic program, they are grateful to have been in this smorgasbord where they have gained further knowledge about the County Board's areas of responsibility and work.
Governor Sven-Erik Österberg appreciated the visit and the Crown Princess Couple's commitment and interest in Stockholm County and the County Board's activities.

Later today Victoria and Daniel visited Swedenenergy (Energiföretagen) and Energiforsk.
Swedenergy is a non-profit industry and special interest organisation for companies that supply, distribute, sell, and store energy. Mainly electricity, heating, and cooling. Swedenergy monitors and promotes the interests of its members and the Swedish energy sector in general. Energiforsk is a research and knowledge institute that advances and coordinates energy research.
