i think this the adress of her son Reza Pahlavi ,not of the empress , because this adress is available in the website of the prince only , the empress dont have a postal adress in her website !!

I know it has been more than a decade since you made your post to this thread but to answer your question, only one pretender to the Imperial House of Russia has communication lines open for people to contact. You can actually try contacting Prince Karl Emich of Leiningen aka Nicholas III over here. I'm not sure if messages sent to him through there would be replied to, though.
