Just by the title my first thought was "is this the year of 'spares' feeling sorry for themselves), but even though she talks about the way things were from her point of view, she does view things from different perspectives as well

Without commenting on what's being said (I don't have the strength for that to be honest) I just want to point out that "Min sanning" (My truth) is a serious show were a guest is interviewed for one hour by one of Sweden's most prominent tv-journalists. This is not a show prone to sensationalism, but one were some of the most prominent Swedes have been allowed to tell their stories and answer some at times very difficult questions.

For the first and likely only time ever, I'm in agreement with him.

Am I the only one who thinks the bolded parts sound more like things someone (maybe at the Palace) pointed out to him, rather than realizations he came to himself?

He might also be stretching the truth. A Norwegian created the reel. Was it DMed to him? But Verrett is the one who shared it on his own (commercial) account.

He's going to do something "without thinking" again. Just a matter of time. There's also the fact that he posted it "without thinking" and then it took him days to realize what he'd done wrong? Which doesn't say much for his comprehension of what he agreed to.

And it's also interesting that he reaches out to the racist Norwegian media when he needs to get a message to that country, fast. (Rather than asking ML to post an apology from him on her personal, or something?)

They are not going to stop. At the end of the above article Durek says, "I want to assure that, to the best of my ability, this will not happen again." What? the best of his abilities?? ML and Durek are "beyond the pale".

You are absolutely right.

They will keep pushing the boundaries. And they will push even harder once Haakon takes over.

I discussed it with another member in PMs yesterday and I believe the only way to contain ML and her shaman is to set up fixed rules with consequences and enforced, not by the King, but by the Norwegian government.
People do tend to have a soft spot for their family and not least their children and are as such reluctant to do the only thing that really works: Be hard.
