The Earl of Wessex, Honorary Air Commodore, this morning attended the Air Combat Power Day at Royal Air Force Waddington, Lincoln, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Lincolnshire (Mr Toby Dennis).

The Countess of Wessex, Patron, Toronto General and Western Hospital, this afternoon held a Reception at Buckingham Palace.

Typical inaccurate reporting, she was at an engagement on 22nd October, it’s now the kids half term.

The Earl of Wessex this morning visited Surrey Hill Enterprises and Market Place, near Bramley, and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Surrey (Mr. Michael More-Molyneux).

His Royal Highness later presented The Queen's Award for Voluntary Service to Surrey Hills Society at Albury Saxon Church, Albury Park, Guildford.

The Earl of Wessex this afternoon visited Silent Pool Artisan Hub, Shere Road, Albury, Guildford, and opened Mandira's Kitchen.

His Royal Highness afterwards attended a Luncheon at Albury Organic Vineyard, Silent Pool.

The Countess of Wessex this morning planted a commemorative tree at the Residence of Her Majesty's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Norway in Oslo to mark the One Hundred and Fiftieth Anniversary of the Birth of Queen Maud.

Her Royal Highness later attended the International Civil Society Action Network Forum at the Nobel Peace Centre, Brynjulf Bulls plass, Oslo.

The Countess of Wessex afterwards attended a Meeting with Ms. Marita Sorheim-Rensvik (Norwegian Special Representative for Women, Peace and Security, Department of United Nations and Humanitarian Affairs) at the Nobel Peace Centre.

Her Royal Highness this afternoon arrived at Heathrow Airport, London, from Norway. Mr. Alexander Stonor was in attendance.

The Earl of Wessex, Patron, Chetham’s School of Music, this evening attended the Fiftieth Anniversary Gala Dinner at the Stoller Hall, Hunts Bank, Manchester.

The Countess of Wessex, Honorary President, Linking Environment And Farming, this morning held a Meeting.

Her Royal Highness, Patron, afterwards held a Meeting for Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa Research Association.

The Countess of Wessex, Patron, Meningitis Now, this afternoon received Mr Alistair Irvine upon relinquishing his appointment as Chairman and Mr Andrew Fletcher upon assuming the appointment.

Sophie certainly puts in a lot of air miles in the past years for the RF doesn't she? I wish there was more coverage of her work.

Any idea why she is in North America? Only thing I can find are articles saying she will be in Toronto and NY but nothing had been released.
