This is actually a terrific idea!

Robin Leach wasn't it? I never really watched the show but I remember it being aired back then.
It really does sound like a good venue for Sarah to do something like that but I think one problem for her would be that she'd have to focus on other "rich and famous" personages rather than being the center of attention herself. Somehow Sarah trekking after a Kardashian or even a Branson or Bill Gates would be something she would find degrading to herself.
Of course this is my opinion and maybe she'd be great at it.

There's a PBS show called 'Globe Trotters" - I think - do I have it right? Anyway, Sarah is a bit of a clown, a show off, likes to have fun - she'd be perfect for something quirky along those lines. No introspection - no self analysis - just flat out extrovert nonsense. It might fly. Someone would like it. Ya never know.

Yes! Robin Leach! I think I was in junior high when it was on, and we used to speak to each other in that exaggerated booming voice at school.
When last I saw the Website for that property that she and her former fiance (the Count) owned together in Italy, it was advertising essentially that you, too, could hunt like the aristos, the rich, the famous.....just come here! So that could be her first "visit" for the show and it could provide a boost to the revenue. Not sure if she still owns part of that or not.

I don't think she would getting anything here in Oz I think she would have been here by now if she thought she could. I agree with the travel show I think it's a great idea. Sarah loves holidays and travelling she would be good at it and with her connections maybe she could even show places you don't usually get to see. I have actually been watching the Royal Upstairs Downstairs following Queen Victoria on her travels and the food she used to have. Sarah has a huge interest in her I'm surprised she doesn't do something about her and Albert.

A couple of points I’d like to respond to here – first of all, in response to Diarist - she didn’t have to pay for the holiday at Kamalaya. I’d have to check the source, but I have read that she got several free trips there in exchange for publicising the resort in her recent TV show and book.
As for NGalitzine’s comment – to be fair, she has been working very hard recently promoting “Finding Sarah” (book and film), and for me, she’s entitled to a bit of time now to recharge her batteries.
Plus, the Kamalaya retreat specialises in meditation techniques, which Sarah has described as being very important to her, a part of the spiritual renewal that was one of the aims of the “Finding Sarah” project. I think it’s more than just a holiday – it’s part of her approach to her mental and physical health, and an important tool for her in dealing with life’s stresses. Don’t forget that she’s been through the traumas of the scandal and the debt problems. Kamalaya was part of the healing process after that, a process that is ongoing. So I hope she comes back relaxed, rested and more at peace with herself and her life.

Russo is VERY on board with the Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous type of travel show. However, Sarah enjoys history, why not spot light castle-type Bed and Breakfasts, etc. that tell a bit aout history as well??
Here's one for Castle Salem in West Cork. Looks very interesting.

The problem I see with Sarah hosting one of these reality shows is that so many people detest her, and wish she'd just go away!
Why would any producers take a chance on Sarah, when they could get someone with a much better Q factor at the drop of a hat?

Or they could take a chance on her and make sure she doesn't put foot in mouth and get her for a pittance.

Very true. And I adore the B&B idea.

I think they'd be going on the no such thing as bad publicity train line of thought. Considering the "reality" trash that's on tv, would it surprise anyone to see Sarah doing a show? It'd be better than a good amount of the stuff that's out at the moment.

Besides if she was looking at the lifestyle of a Kardashian, Hilton, Ecclestone or one of the Russian billionaires she might look pretty good by comparison.

True. Sarah has a nice voice, too; she's low-pitched and well-spoken.

Oh yes - Globe Trekkers. Thank you.
Now that we've solved Sarah's problems - albeit on the wrong thread - who gets the finder's fee?

That dress is screaming out for a little jacket. Otherwise, it's not too bad.

Sarah needs to cover up her arms and that split just looks funny with those shoes. She really does need to start dressing her age things that looked great 10 years ago don't anymore. That dress just isn't flattering on her. She seems to have changed her makeup everytime I see her lately she looks washed out. I would think after her holiday she would have looked a little better. I do notice she has that little butterfly clutch with her again, it has a link to a cancer foundation doesn't it?

The pictures on Getty Images from the Too Many Women event demonstrate that The Daily Mail chose the absolutely *worst* picture of Sarah possible.
The other pictures show that, although the shoes are sort of hilarious, Sarah looks quite good in the dress and I usually hate her outfits. Her stomach looks flat, arms looks pretty good for nearing in on 52. The makeup is a little minimal so she looks a bit washed out.
But overall, not bad. She needs a stylist and to dress a bit more classic.

So it isn't just me with the shoes then? Cause they just look odd and out of place with that outfit. Sarah has taken to wearing very little makeup but she need it because it doesn't look good on her it does wash her out. I have a good friend who is a red head and she looks really pale too but with the right makeup looks great. Sarah has had lovely makeup in the past so it surprises me it was usually something she got right. Still not keen on that style of dress on her, she needs more classic cuts and not to match the shoes with the silver on the neckline!
