It can't be 1990, thats Beatrice the Duchess is holding and she was born in 1988. Perhaps its 1989?

about in my collection, if the pic was from 1990 instead of 1989 I think

Just checked ITN Royal year books and Beatrice is too big in the picture I posted for it to be any earlier than 1990. Wonder what they did with Eugenie?
