I like the first photo with US Vice President Joe Biden.
Would love to know what VP Joe Biden is telling Prince Felipe. The Prince facial expression seems to say ...oh no, here we go again... or ...you are kidding...
 
I think it was pretty brave for any foreign dignitary to attend the inauguration given the situation with drug lords and crime in Mexico. The "wall of steel" that was put up around the location of the inauguration was pretty intimidating and would have driven home the risks involved.

The plane of Prince Felipe breaks in the Dominican Republic

The Airbus of the Air Force in which the Prince was traveling from Madrid to Honduras is in the airport of Santo Domingo, where it has returned after a stopover to detect a fault. Prince Felipe was to attend on Monday in Tegucigalpa the inauguration of the new president of Honduras, Juan Orlando Hernández.
