If they follow Felipe's lead, he visited Asturias for the first time in September 1980, 12 years old. Leonor visited in September 2018, 12 years old.
Felipe did his first speech at the PoA Awards one year later, in October 1981, 13 years old, therefore we can possibly expect Leonor doing her first speech next year, still 13 but almost 14 years old.
We'll see how they handle the situation with Sofia jr., if I remember correctly, Felipe's sisters were not present at either event.
Sofia jr. came with her parents and sister to Asturias, we'll see if she joins them as well at the first PoA awards event. She'll possibly sit with her grandmother on the balcony and not join her family at the podium.

I'm also surprised that Leonor hasn't attended the awards yet. Perhaps next year. It would be a great experience for her especially since she has already visited Asturias and received the royal order.
