Prince Felipe gets together Morales after his investiture

The Prince of Asturias met today the Bolivian president, Evo Morales, shortly after this one was taking possession of his cargo in the Congress of the Nation, of La Paz.
The inheritor of the Spanish Wreath delivered to Morales a missive of the King Juan Carlos, in which he congratulates the new leader.
In his letter, the Spanish monarch wishes besides the fact that ' the relations between both countries continue for the way of the cooperation and the understanding ', according to sources of the Royal House.

Prince Felipe de Borbón today arrives at El Salvador

The son from king Juan Carlos, Felipe de Borbón, will again put his feet in El Salvador, country with which for a long time he has been maintaining a bond very special. During his stay, the prince has predicted to meet with the president of the Republic, Antonio Saca.

According to the Ministry of Outer Relations, minister Francisco Laínez will be the one who receives to his Height Real in the Airport the El Salvador International, in Comalapa.
One is an official visit of hardly 45 hours of the prince, whom he has predicted to inaugurate the Center of Integral Formation tomorrow Working Jesus, in Sacacoyo, and to attend a concert of Spanish music in the occasion of CXV the anniversary of the Spanish Center. Also, in his agenda he contemplates a courtesy visit, Wednesday, to Presidential House, in where one will meet with the agent chief executive of the country, Antonio Saca.
Of equal way, Don Felipe will make a route by the School of Spain, in Soyapango, soon to be present at in the Cultural Center of Spain a exhibition of the different projects from international cooperation that they are executed in El Salvador.
The resident members of the Spanish colony in the country, even, will be able to eat for lunch with the son of king Juan Carlos, who will leave afternoon from El Salvador for 4 from course for Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Its return to Spain is predicted for the 28 of January.

well... it's the 1st time i saw presidential investiture that the president didn't wear a suit & tie... i'm really glad Evo Morales kept his traditional style...
about the sash for bolivia, it's very colourful, isn't it?
i wonder the next time he make a state visit to spain, how the sash would look on the spanish royals.. it would be interesting.

anyhow, is it common for latin american countries to make a state visit to spain, or is it just an official visit?

It is habitual that the elect Latin-American presidents visit Spain before their investiture. Later for the years of mandate, there is in the habit of being a visit of State to Spain. ;)
 
it would really be interesting to see the spanish royals in that colourful sash.. hmm...

La Paz, 23 ene (EFE). - Prince de Asturias today visited a hospital of the Bolivian city of El Alto , bordering to La Paz, that counts on one long tradition of social conflicts and lives sunk in the poverty.

The heir, accompanied by the Secretary of State of Outer Subjects, Bernardino Leon, and the chief of a main directorate of Cooperation for Ibero-America, Aurora Díaz Rato, visited the facilities of the health center "Working Jesus", whose qualification has been possible thanks to the bottoms of the Spanish Agency of Cooperacio'n Internacional (AECI). The hospital is in operation from 2004 and is managed by the parish Working Jesus, under the administration of the priest Jesus Sources, original of Murcia (Southeastern Spanish). Taken care of by Bolivian and Spanish personnel, this it centers takes care of district 3 of El Alto, where 70,000 people reside, the majority in conditions of extreme poverty.

Before his visit to the hospital "Working Jesus", the Prince attended a reception in the Embassy of Spain in La Paz with the resident community of this country in Bolivia. There he saluted of very affectionate form to the Dominican nun Araceli Revuelta, most veteran of the Spanish cooperators in Bolivia and that for 60 years has been helping to the most needed in this Andean country. Later he shared a lunch, also in the Embassy, with a group of personalities of the policy, the society and the Bolivian culture, among them ex- president Carlos Mesa, that resigned to its position in June of the 2005 after a strong wave of protests.

Felipe de Borbón arrives tonight at El Salvador San Salvador.

Tonight Spanish prince Felipe de Borbón will arrive at the country to initiate an official visit of 45 hours. Wednesday with president Antonio Saca in a courtesy visit will meet to Presidential House and in the evening it will leave to Tegucigalpa, Honduras.

Thank you for the photos. Probably being surrounded with so much child he will remember of leonor. Lachicamadrileña, I believe that he will not see them until Saturday or Sunday; he returns on Saturday hour of Honduras, so I imagine that to Spain Sunday comes, for celebrate his birthday on Monday.

Agenda in El Salvador

This morning, the son of the Kings of Spain, will inaugurate the center of integral formation "Working Jesus", in Sacacoyo.
At night, concert of Iberian music will participate in or n, to commemorate CXV the anniversary of the Spanish Center.
Cooperation the agenda of the Prince in El Salvador finishes tomorrow, to 4:15 of afternoon, when it leaves towards Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Before that, it will visit Extraction and it will make a route by the Spain School, in Soyapango, and by the Cultural Center of Spain, where there will be a exhibition of the projects of cooperation supported by his Nation.

Prince of Asturias and President Saca inaugurated center of San Salvador

Principe of Asturias, Felipe de Borbón and the president of the Republic, Elías Antonio Saca inaugurated this morning the center of integral formation Working Jesus, in Sacacoyo, the Freedom. The heir of Spanish Corona said that the work comprises of the reconstruction projects in which it has contributed the Iberian country, before the destruction left by different natural phenomena like earthquakes from 2001, the Stan hurricane and the eruption of Ilamatepec volcano.
