Tokyo hosted the Olympic Games in 1964. I doubt Tokyo needs hustle and bustle of this lackluster sporting event.
I am not sure about Istanbul and Madrid. Hopefully Prince Felipe will succeed in getting the games.

Dazzling, all the ladies wear the same dress, it´s their uniform (a very lovely one, by the way).
