The NATO Summit will be held in Madrid on June 29 and 30. King Felipe and Queen Letizia will offer a dinner to the participants on June 28 at the Royal Palace. Queen Letizia will participate in some activities with the companions of the leaders participating in the summit.

Yes it is. Felipe and Letizia (and before Juan Carlos and Sofía) are Honorary Presidents of the foundation in Spain. Infanta Carlos was its President and now Alberto Aza, former head of the King's House, presides the foundation.

Is the Queen not recovered? What are the Covid guidelines? It appears she is the only one wearing a mask in many of the pics and videos.

In the States, they only require you to isolate for 5 days, and then wear a mask for a further 5 days. Perhaps Spain has a similar requirement.

Spain’s coronavirus regulations are relatively relaxed though its recommended, however to wear a face mask for 10 days while in indoor public spaces as well as outdoors and the queen is following those rules.
