The visit includes the Isla del Rey Hospital, the Hauser and Wirt art gallery, the Llabrés pharmacy and the official opening ceremony of the Llabrés Pharmacy, that has been restored by the Hesperia Foundation.

Its an archaic custom but not meant to cause offence and the queen would be well used to it.
