Sorry guys and dolls, this kind of long fussy hair is very IN at this moment for boys at Prince Husseins age. It looks funny for us but is a must for boys at this moment... Very nice to notice that King and Queen lets PHussein to live this moment of his life almost like his mates. Big cheers for that.

She's meeting the Pope, not the head of fashion house. Getting dressed to the nines isn't exactly what's called for in a visit that's spiritual/religious in nature.

Pope to visit site of Jesus' baptism in Jordan (Yahoo)
AMMAN (Reuters) – Pope Benedict on Sunday visits the site believed to be where Jesus was baptized as he wraps up his visit to Jordan and prepares to leave for Israel to start the most delicate part of his first Middle East trip.

It was not part of the original programm.
All the other meetings between the Pope and the King may have been just "protocol" (but even the Pope's meeting with the royal kids was a bit more). But this was not part of the Pope's state visit, but of his religious pilgrimage. Only Prince Ghazi as the top religious adviser to the king was expected to join the Pope on the Baptism site and to accompany him to the blessing of the cornerstones of two churches.
