Vladimir Putin will meet with King Abdullah II of Jordan on April 9

HM Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein, King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, will be in Russia on a working visit at Vladimir Putin’s e invitation.
Russia and Jordan maintain regular political contacts, strengthen their trade and economic relations and expand humanitarian exchange.
The summit talks will focus on current issues of bilateral cooperation, including prospects for the implementation of joint projects in high-tech sectors, including nuclear energy and military technology.
A substantive exchange of opinions on the regional security challenges is also expected with the focus on the situation in Syria and the Middle East settlement.
