Felipe and Letizia Attend Princess of Asturias Awards Concert

October brings the laureates of the Princess of Asturias Awards to Oviedo, and tonight was the annual pre-awards ceremony concert held at the Prince Felipe Auditorium. Queen Letizia Attends Friends of the Prado Museum Foundation Meeting

At the Museo del Prado today, Queen Letizia was present at the board meeting for international patrons of the Friends of the Prado Museum Foundation. During the meeting the attendees discussed the Museum’s bicentennial, as well as the Foundation’s 2016 projects. Letizia wore an elegant plum blouse with a white floral print skirt from Felipe Varela for the event. The Queen is Honorary President of the Foundation.

It’s Día de la Banderita Time! Queen Letizia and Queen Sofia Get Into Spirit For Red Cross Day

Royals Fly To Israel To Honour Late President Shimon Peres At Funeral Service

Dozens of world leaders made the trip to Israel today to attend the funeral service for the country’s late former President, Shimon Peres. Included in the congregation were the Prince of Wales, Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg and King Felipe VI of Spain. Spain’s Olympic and Paralympic Medalists Attend Reception at the Royal Palace of El Pardo

Infanta Elena Taken To Hospital After Riding Accident

It has been reported that Infanta Elena has been taken to hospital after falling of her horse in Zarzuela Palace riding tracks in Madrid yesterday.
