Spanish King And Queen Attend “La Caixa” Scholarship Event In Barcelona

Doña Letizia Visits Spanish Red Cross Headquarters

Doña Letizia paid a visit to the Spanish Red Cross Headquarters in Madrid today. During her visit to the headquarters, she met with volunteers, employees and partners Red Cross. Spanish Royals Attend Easter Mass

As the Spanish royals do yearly on Easter day, they have attend Easter Mass in Mallorca. This year King Felipe, Queen Letizia, Infanta Leonor, Infanta Sofía and Queen Sofía attended. Princess Haya Opens Humanitarian Conference

Princess Haya Bint Al Hussain opened the 12th Dubai International Humanitarian Aid and Development Conference and Exhibition (DIHAD). The conference talks about poverty and how to reduce poverty and suffering around the world. Princess Haya gave a short speech at the opening. The conference was also attended by Prince Hassan Bin Talal of Jordan. Prince Hassan also spoke at the conference.

Prince Henrik Starts School In August

Prince Joachim and Princess Marie’s son will start school in August 2015 it has been announced today. The Prince, who will turn 6 years old in May, will attend the Sct. Joseph Sisters School in Ordrup. Prince Henrik is Joachim’s 3rd child and Princess Marie’s first child. He was born on May 4, 2009.

Sheikha Moza Opens And Tours Islamic Building

HH Sheikha Mozah bint Nasser attended the inauguration of the new Islamic Studies building of the Hamad bin Khalifa University in Doha, Qatar. Sheikha Mozah toured the new building and looked at the classrooms, library and auditorium. Sheikha Mozah also attended the Friday prayers at the new mosque.
