Queen Mathilde Visits the Exhibition “Children of the Renaissance”
Today, Thursday March 25, Her Majesty Queen Mathilde paid a visit at the exhibition “Children of the Renaissance” held at the Hof van Busleyden Museum in Mechelen, municipality in the province of Antwerp. Through of works of art, writings and utensils such as toys and jewelery, the exhibition shows the life of three generations of Burgundian-Habsburg princes and princesses grow up in the Hof van Kamerijk.
The Queen toured the exhibition accompanied by Dr. Samuel Mareel, curator of the ehibition and the Museum.
The exhibition will be open from tomorrow, March 26, until July 2021.
