On March 23, Zara Tindall’s immediate family turned out to support her at the Gatcombe Horse Trials as she competed with her horse Gladstone.

The Phillips and Tindall families along with Princess Anne and Tim Lawrence were in attendance at the event, which appeared to be a fun day out for the children who were seen enjoying ice-cream and running around with each other.

The trials span for two days and include dressage, show jumping and cross country phases. Princess Anne will present the final prizes as the show closes after running for a 25th time.

Zara has been riding competitively since 2003 and won a silver medal for the British team at the London 2012 Olympic Games. She tried to apply for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeirio but was unsuccessful.
